cébé IT & Knowledge Management LLC was formed in June 2009 by Claude Baudoin, who is the company’s owner and Principal Consultant.

As our name indicates, we provide services in two related areas:

Information Technology. We offer guidance on strategy and governance. We can also support the top level of the IT organization by applying systematic processes to key activities. In particular, we provide expertise on enterprise architecture, business process management, vendor selection, enterprise security (which we view through the lens of the Capability Maturity Model), and how to introduce innovation in a rational, business-relevant manner.
Knowledge Management. We propose the entire suite of processes, including the strategy, the formation and support of technical communities, the selection of Web 2.0 tools, and the use of multimedia technology to capture the knowledge of experts.

In addition to proposing our services in a consulting format, we also offer courses and workshops in these areas to different audiences, including business managers.
